Ingredients

  • 1/2 chopped Ambrosia apple
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 Cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 Cup apple sauce
  • 1/4 Cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup almond milk

Directions

Blend until smooth and add your favorite toppings!
