Ingredients
- 1/2 chopped Ambrosia apple
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 Cup non-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2/3 Cup apple sauce
- 1/4 Cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup almond milk
Directions
Blend until smooth and add your favorite toppings!
